| Antoine holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and an MBA from INSEAD, France. He has been active in the power generation industry for ten years in a range of positions from R&D and engineering to project management and development. The major part of his time in the industry was spent with Alstom Power in Switzerland in the execution of combined cycle power plant turnkey projects before he founded New Energy Partners in Australia . As a management consultant with A.T. Kearney Australia , Antoine has assisted clients in capital intensive industries through business process re-engineering and procurement. Antoine is currently Vice President with Transfield Energy Ventures (Europe) establishing a renewable energy investment portfolio in Europe for Transfield Holdings. |

| Johan holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the University of Pretoria where he also completed his Honours degree in the same field. Based in South Africa during the early stages of his career Johan has vast experience in the engineering field including consulting, design, analysis and management. More recently Johan has worked for Baulderstone Hornibrook as a Project Manager and then National Plant Manager. Johan particular focus within New Energy Partners is in the development of NEP's new solar parabolic trough collector and solar cooling system integration. |

| Stefan Minder: Senior Advisor NEP Solar |

| Stefan holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and has experience in a number of engineering and project management roles. These include R&D of solar combined cycle power plant and solar thermal systems for Cogener Ltd, project engineering and management work for Weisskopf Partners and the Holcim Group. In addition Stefan has managed a Greenpeace Youth Solar Project and was involved in energy systems research with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. |

| James has been working with NEP for the past four years since completing his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. James has worked primarily in NEP's Wind Energy business and carries out identification, development and management of potential wind farm sites. During his degree and prior to joining the NEP team James gained valuable experience with the R&D department of Heatcraft Australia . |

Gina has worked among other for the Environmental and Planning department of Davao , and as freelance journalist. Gina acts as New Energy Partners's public relations officer in particular in the area of biodiesel projects in the Philippines. |
